Store Policies Including shipping and Return policies.


Shipping 

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All orders ship USPS priority. Monday-Friday. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped during busy seasons. 

Tracking information will be sent  the day your order is shipped. Please allow time for your tracking information to update USPS systems. We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee due prior to reshipment. We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect.

If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before they return it to us. If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be a error. Please contact your local post office. If your order is retuned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.

RETURNS

Intuition.LA offers returns for store credit ONLY. Because our items are accessories, and shoes we can't make exceptions. We aren't able to sell the item once it's worn or used so we can't offer a refund. Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 8 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 8th day the item is considered final sale.

store credit is based on return item value, it does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Swimwear and Lingerie are Final Sale. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Send all info to info@intuition.la with subject RETURN and ship back once you recieve a RA number and instructions. 

 

Custom Candle scents and candles.

 

• OUR CUSTOM SCENT PRODUCT DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSULTATION AT ALL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ALEXANDRIA TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CUSTOM CANDLES OR CUSTOM SCENTS , PLEASE PURCHASE A CONSULTATION PACKAGE.

when purchasing a scent there are no refunds. We will create up to 3 rounds of scents samples for you to chose from. If you are unable to chose. We do not have to create anything more than that. We will not give any refund for a scent. 

Once you select a scent sample and are given the recipe, you can not switch. You are able to purchase as many as you like. 

ACTIVE CLIENTS.  We give 60 days from start to finish for you to select a scent and purchase a candle quantity. Once you go over 60 days Intuition.la.LLC has the right to remove your scent out of active clientele. Once you are removed it will cost you $250 to become active again and resume your process. We will send out one notice when you are close to this. After that the fee must be paid.  You own your scent and are free to go anywhere you chose but to stay active with us you must purchase candles every 60days.
